洛杉磯華人藝術合唱團簡介

洛杉磯華人藝術合唱團（ Los Angeles Chinese Musicians Ensemble Chorus），簡稱華藝合唱團，是在加州政府正式註冊的一個非盈利團體。她致力於東西方文化藝術交流，服務華人社區，以合唱藝術形式弘揚中華文化，介紹西方音樂藝術。

1997年夏，創辦人溫傑，李惠瓊伉儷懷著對音樂的熱愛和一群志同道合的音樂愛好者共同成立了華藝合唱團，初衷不僅是為了让海外華人用合唱音樂傳遞的愛和希望能被聽到，也期望以合唱藝術形式促進東西方音樂文化的交流。

幾十年來，華藝合唱團先後參與組織或主辦了百多場文藝演出，從為世界各地災情舉辦的賑災義演，到紀念世界反法西斯戰爭勝利六十、七十、八十週年紀念音樂會, 從慶祝北京奧運綜藝晚會到Hollywood bowl復活節日音樂會、聯合國日音樂會，從教會音樂會到中國新春音樂會，從和世界著名音樂家們同台合作到老年公寓慰問演出，從迪士尼音樂廳到Founders Church 國際合唱節，華藝合唱團始終紮根在南加州華人團體，活躍在各種舞台，以合唱的方式積極參與時事，服務社區，向美國主流社會乃至世界弘揚中華文化。

在藝術上，華藝合唱團追求的是完美和諧的和聲，真挚情感的表達和對多元音樂的探索。為了合唱團的進步和發展，華藝不僅積極與國內到訪的著名音樂家、專業及業餘音乐團體舉行廣泛的藝術交流聯合演出，包括了戴玉強、廖昌永、楊光、丁萍、崔崢嶸、徐霞、李振濤老師等，還曾受北京中國廣播交響樂團及多位中美知名指揮家如馬革順、楊鴻年、李心草、Russell Fox 、姜金一、張亮、王軍等的專業指導，並八次回到中國舉行了“神州行”旅行演出，在青島，北京，武漢，西安，上海，桂林、成都、廣州、三亞、深圳和香港台灣與當地合唱團及藝術界同臺演出，切磋學習，以期不断地提高自身的合唱水准和艺术表现力。

Introduction to the Los Angeles Chinese Musicians Ensemble Chorus

The Los Angeles Chinese Musicians Ensemble Chorus (LACME Chorus), commonly known as the Huayi Chorus, is an officially registered non-profit organization under the government of California.

In the summer of 1997, the founders, Mr. Jei Wen and Mrs. Sophia Li Wen, driven by their deep love for music, established the chorus alongside a group of like-minded music enthusiasts. Their original vision was not only to give overseas Chinese a voice to share love and hope through choral music, but also to promote cultural exchanges between Eastern and Western music.

Over the decades, the LACME Chorus has participated in, organized or hosted more than one hundred cultural and artistic performances. These range from disaster relief fundraising concerts for affected regions worldwide to commemorative concerts marking the 60th, 70th, and 80th anniversaries of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War. Their footprint spans from the Beijing Olympics Celebration Gala to the Hollywood Bowl Easter Concert and United Nations Day Concert, and from church concerts to Chinese New Year concerts. Whether sharing the stage with world-renowned musicians or performing comfort shows at senior living communities, and whether performing at the Walt Disney Concert Hall or the Founders Church International Choral Festival, the LACME Chorus has remained deeply rooted in the Southern Californian Chinese community. Actively engaging in current events and serving the community across various stages, the chorus promotes Chinese culture to mainstream American society and the world through the power of choral singing.

Artistically, the LACME Chorus pursues perfectly harmonious vocals, the expression of genuine emotions, and the exploration of diverse musical styles. To drive its artistic growth, the chorus actively participates in joint performances and exchange programs with visiting renowned musicians and both professional and amateur music groups from China. They have collaborated with distinguished artists such as Dai Yuqiang, Liao Changyong, Yang Guang, Ding Ping, Cui Zhengrong, Xu Xia, and Li Zhentao. Furthermore, the chorus has received professional guidance from the China Broadcasting Symphony Orchestra in Beijing and numerous renowned Chinese and American conductors, including Ma Geshun, Yang Hongnian, Li Xincao, Russell Fox, Jiang Jinyi, Zhang Liang, and Wang Jun. The choir has also returned to China eight times for its "Divine Land Tour" (Shenzhou Tour)travel performances, collaborating, performing, and learning alongside local choruses and art circles in Qingdao, Beijing, Wuhan, Xi'an, Shanghai, Guilin, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Sanya, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, continuously elevating its choral standards and artistic expressiveness.
